WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - HR (Talent Acquisition) with 10 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality candidates, and contributing to the development and implementation of strategic hiring initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:-
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on the recruitment status.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Onboarding:
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Work with HR and other departments to facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
