This is a leadership role focused on training delivery, stakeholder management, and team development across complex business environments.Key Responsibilities :Lead training operations at the account level, ensuring all goals are met.Design and implement learning integration and transition plans.Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for effective training execution.Monitor training performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives.Manage training teams, mentor new and existing resources.Oversee LMS configuration and reporting.Required Experience :3+ years in Digital Marketing or Content Moderation training.7+ years in leadership roles, including 3+ years managing people managers.Proven experience in training program design, execution & performance management.Preferred Skills :Understanding of Advertising/Marketing or Content Moderation ecosystems.Experience in content design, LMS administration, and change management.Behavioral Traits :Assertive communicator | Conflict resolver | Resilient leader | Analytical thinker | Strong coaching mindset
