Role Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven IFA Sales Specialist to expand and strengthen our distribution network through Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the sales of PMS and AIF products by building and nurturing relationships with IFAs and financial intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
Identify and onboard new IFAs and financial intermediaries to expand the distribution network.
Generate leads for PMS and AIF products through existing and new relationships.
Sales Execution :
Achieve sales targets for PMS and AIF products.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and portfolio reviews with IFAs and their clients.
Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, wealth managers, and distribution partners.
Provide timely support and product insights to ensure client satisfaction.
Product Expertise :
Act as a subject matter expert on PMS and AIF offerings, staying updated on market trends and product features.
Educate IFAs and their teams on product benefits, investment strategies, and performance.
Compliance and Reporting :
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with senior management.
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience : 3-7 years in sales or business development, preferably in wealth management, PMS, AIF, or mutual fund distribution.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
Skills :
Strong understanding of investment products, particularly PMS and AIF.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
