Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at D Y Patil University Pune Healthcare division. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the university's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. They will also collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment laws and promote a positive work culture.
QualificationsExperience in human resources management, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development, and Policy ImplementationKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholdersProblem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrityBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
