Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Superintendent at D Y Patil University Pune Healthcare Divison in Talegaon. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to human resources management. This includes recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy development and implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Oversee nursing staff and operations.
• Ensure quality patient care and safety.
• Supervise and mentor nursing teams.
• Implement best practices in nursing.
• Manage patient care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership during emergencies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support ongoing staff development.
• Uphold ethical standards in nursing practice.
