Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at D Y Patil University Pune Healthcare division. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the university's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. They will also collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment laws and promote a positive work culture.


Qualifications

  • Experience in human resources management, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development, and Policy Implementation
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
