About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across IT and Semiconductor domains. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong networking abilities, and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with exciting opportunities.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions in IT and Semiconductor sectorsSource candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking eventsScreen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teamsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openingsPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and departmental needsNegotiate salary offers and manage the offer acceptance processEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycleTrack recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progressStay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practicesParticipate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and professional networking eventsMaintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Experience: 4-9 YearsEducation:Bachelor's degree: B.Tech, BCA, or equivalentMaster's degree: M.Tech, MCA, or MBA in HR (preferred)Required SkillsExcellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)Strong understanding of technical terminology and job requirementsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to assess technical skills and cultural fit effectivelyStrong negotiation and closing abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneouslyGoal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting hiring targetsPreferred SkillsExperience recruiting for semiconductor roles (ASIC Design, Verification, DFT, Physical Design, etc.)Knowledge of campus recruitment processesFamiliarity with employment laws and hiring best practicesCertification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plusPay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesProfessional development and training opportunitiesCollaborative and inclusive work environmentCareer growth opportunitiesHow to ApplyInterested candidates can DM me with the subject line "Technical Recruiter - IT & Semiconductor" or click on easy apply.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
