Marketing Technology Specialist
who will play a vital role as the subject matter expert on utilizing marketing technologies to improve RSI’s marketing efforts including search engine optimization, customer segmentation, and social media.
This individual will be responsible for aligning digital marketing strategies with the company’s business goals, implementing marketing automation tools, optimizing SEO, ensuring website privacy compliance, and providing data and reports to the leadership team to make informed business decisions. This role requires effective coordination with internal team members as well as outside vendors to align marketing efforts across the organization.
Qualifications:Web development skills with HTML, SQL, CSS, JavaScriptExtensive experience with developing WordPress websites and blogsStrong email sequencing and campaign experienceHubSpot -
Transitioning from Salesforce and PardotGoDaddy hosting security suiteFamiliarity with uptime monitoring tools, backup solutions, broken link checkers, performance testing tools, and cache management toolsGoogle SEO and SSL auditing and optimizationAsana or similar project management toolsGoogle Ads/PPC and Google AnalyticsGoogle Suite including Google Docs and Google Sheets
Responsibilities:Evaluating, implementing, and improving marketing technologies using best practicesProcess design, implementation, and continuous improvementEmail campaign creation and managementConduct competitor and industry researchFrequent involvement with LinkedIn marketing best practicesReport monthly on website and SEO performanceWebsite enhancements including design, optimization, performance, functionality, quarterly audits, and securityMarketing technology subject matter expertiseTask and project managementMust adhere to PST work hours Mon-Fri 8-5
