Draft, edit and proofread content for marketing materials including videos, sales flyers, internal trainings and company newsletters.Collaborate on marketing materials, such as blog posts, articles and company recognition program.Work with Delivery Team to prepare and finalize content for client presentations.Support social media initiatives including company LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram.Help maintain and grow company presence on job/employment websites.Assist in the coordination, planning and execution of company participation at in person and virtual events.Handle the renewal process of all certifications verifying company's diverse ownership status.
A successful candidate has:
Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication and organizational skills.A strong MS Office skill set including; Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Ability to take direction and execute accordingly.Ability to think creatively and to share ideas.Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar roleWell-organized and detail orientedExceptional communication and writing skillsMBA in marketing, communications or equivalentReady to work in Night Shift
