Position Overview:

The CEO of 1XL will lead the organization with a visionary approach, driving strategic initiatives to foster growth, enhance service offerings and expand our impact. This role demands a dynamic leader capable of steering the company toward achieving its mission of empowerment and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business plans.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients and the community.
  • Lead the team by example, promoting professional development and a positive work environment.
  • Drive financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Represent 1XL at industry events, media engagements and public forums.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a senior executive role, preferably in the coaching, personal development, or education sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Track record of successful business growth and innovation.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial planning.
