Role: HR ExecutiveRoles & Responsibilities:Responsible for anchoring the HR systems-Actively recruiting admin and blue collar positionsEnd to end responsibility for ensuring smooth onboarding of new members including IT & technical supportAct as a point of check for member processes during the employee Lifecyle (HR self support) such as timely disbursal of letters, member confirmation, probation, exit process etc.Preparing and submitting all relevant HR documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the managementMaintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism & report to concern head.Liaison with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and recruit the suitable candidates through job boardsQualifications:1-3 Years of experience in HR systemsBachelor's/ Masters degree in any fieldBasic understanding of handling systemsDesired Profile:Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to work under pressure and efficiently.Ability to communicate effectively & professionallyAbility to follow oral and written instructions.Positive & pro-active attitude towards workAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to speak good English. Local dialects are a bonus.Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
