Responsibilities :

• Define data governance which includes driving initiatives like data quality improvements, data architecture scalability etc.
• Provide thought leadership to grow and evolve the Data Engineering architecture and implementation of the software delivery in building data products.
• Own end to end data quality & scalability initiatives KPIs.
• Work closely with upstream data teams to define and implement best practices in data instrumentation.
• Work with data engineers and data scientists to design and implement data solutions that meet business requirements while keeping data integrity as the primary focus
• Identify opportunities to drive the creation of innovative data solutions that deliver value both internal and external facing products
• Work closely with CS, sales and account management stakeholders to ensure data related initiatives align with their needs and goals.
• Communicate technical insights and recommendations effectively to inform engineering and executive leadership.

Requirements :

• 5-8 years experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a focus on data products.
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment and open for steep learning curve
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
• Bachelors degree in a technical or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of data technologies, including databases, data warehousing, data processing, and analytics tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience with the following technologies - Machine Learning, Data Warehouse strategies, and Data Modeling, Snowflake is a plus
• Knowledge of data pipeline design, with an understanding of integration and data transformation standard methodologies
