Senior Full Stack Developer (Drive)

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating high-quality software, has a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, and is familiar with our technology stack, which includes Python, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, and Elastic-search or any other

- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our web applications.

- Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Next.js, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Develop server-side logic using Python, with a focus on frameworks such as Django or Flask.

- Design and implement efficient and scalable database schemas using PostgreSQL.

- Write optimized SQL queries and ensure data consistency.

- Containerise applications using Docker for consistent deployment across different environments.

- Work with Docker Compose for managing multi-container applications.

- Utilise AWS services for hosting, scaling, and securing applications.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2 Lambda, S3 and CloudFront.

- Integrate Elasticsearch for efficient and scalable search functionality.

- Optimise Elasticsearch queries and implement proper indexing strategies.

- Implement secure authentication mechanisms using AWS Cognito or similar services.

- Design and implement fine-grained authorization controls based on user roles.

- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment using AWS Code Pipeline or similar tools.

- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.

- Implement monitoring solutions using AWS CloudWatch or other tools.

- Design applications with scalability in mind, utilizing AWS Auto Scaling for dynamic resource provisioning.

- Optimise code and infrastructure for improved performance.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and adhering to coding standards.

- Promote and follow best practices for coding, documentation, and version control.

- Implement security best practices for both front-end and back-end components.

- Ensure secure communication and data encryption throughout the application.

- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, infrastructure, and Elasticsearch configurations.

- Document decisions and considerations for future :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in Full Stack development.

- Proficiency in Python, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, and Elastic-search.

- Strong understanding of web development best practices and design patterns.
