Job DescriptionThe Global Head of HR Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of all HR operational services across the company's global footprint. This position is accountable to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality HR services throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire. They will lead the HR operations team, oversee HR technology implementation, manage service delivery models, and ensure compliance with all global and local employment laws. What you'll do You’ll provide strategic leadership and vision by defining and executing global HR Operations strategy, designing organizational structures, ensuring governance and compliance, and championing a culture of innovation, empowerment, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll drive operational excellence and process improvement through accountability for HR process quality, mapping and optimizing workflows, setting KPIs and SLAs, and managing global resource allocation to deliver efficiency and a positive employee experience. You’ll leverage HR technology, automation, and analytics by partnering with Technology teams to implement scalable solutions, overseeing system integration across payroll, compensation, and benefits, and applying AI, dashboards, and predictive insights to enhance workforce planning and decision-making. You’ll ensure global compliance and governance by maintaining adherence to labor laws and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality, managing risk, and serving as the primary contact for HR audits. You’ll lead people, vendors, and budgets effectively by building and mentoring a high-performing global HR operations team, fostering collaboration with HR partners and stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing budgets with forecasting and cost control. QualificationsAbout you You bring considerable experience in HR operations and service delivery within large, global organizations, with proven success in building and transforming HR functions and leading complex, large-scale projects. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation for strategic HR leadership. You demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills in multicultural, matrixed environments, fostering collaboration, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams. You possess deep expertise in HR systems, processes, and technology, including data analytics, workforce planning, change management, and transformation methodologies, ensuring operational excellence and innovation. You apply strategic thinking and financial acumen to balance global consistency with local needs, manage budgets effectively, and ensure compliance with global employment laws and regulations.
