Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in automating business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in UiPath, a proven track record of success in developing and implementing RPA solutions, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
Identify and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues.
Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest UiPath features and best practices.
Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
To be able to train junior resources
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
4-7 years of relevant experience in RPA development
Proven expertise in UiPath development and configuration
Strong understanding of business process automation principles
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Certified UiPath RPA Developer
Experience with Document Understanding is a plus.
Additional Skills:
Experience with other RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or Blue Prism
Programming skills in VBA, C#, VB.NET, or Java
Experience with web scraping and data extraction techniques
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of Service Now & Jira would be a plus
