- **UiPath **Support**

**In this role, the Support Developer will take part in RPA production bot maintenance, enhancement, and support activities for Robotics solutions, meet the Incident SLA, and work as per defined Support process & Practices.**

**Responsibilities**

***

**Supporting UiPath RPA platform.**

**Experience in ServiceNow, similar ITSM tools.**

**ITIL certifications preferred.**

**End user issue analysis, follow up and provide resolution.**

**Co-ordinate end to end written response between internal teams and clients externally.**

**Off shore** support with rolling shift.**

**Managing the tickets & **ensure** SLAs are met.**

**SQL knowledge, and ability to run queries.**

**Excellent technical and analytical skills.**

**Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.**

**Proven ability to function in a proactive environment.**

**Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills are **required** for success.**

**Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.**

**Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.**

**Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**

**Qualifications we **seek** in you**

**Minimum qualifications**

**UiPath Platform Support i.e., UiPath installation and Orchestrator management**

**AWS Skills**

**Python**

**Power Shell**

**Network skills**

**Experience developing and testing software on a Windows platform including hands-on programming experience in Process Automation Software
- UiPath**

**Understanding of Robotics process automation tool **UiPath**

**Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.**

**Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with the hands-on configuration of automated processes in the Automation Software Products.**

**Good communication** skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.**

**Ability to talk to the client and get the Business Requirements**

**Performs code reviews. Communicates and enforces coding standards**

**Preferred qualifications**

**Certification in leading RPA Products e.g., **UiPath,** Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism certifications**

**VB script and Macro experience**

**Incident management**

**Familiarity with service management tools like JIRA and ServiceN**ow**
