The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, quality assurance, and team leadership in a high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal production capacity utilization. Process Supervision: Supervise the fabrication, assembly, and testing of pressure vessels, reactors, and heat exchangers. Ensure adherence to ASME, API, and other industry standards. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions. Team Leadership: Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet stringent safety and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits during various production stages. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Address and mitigate risks in the production process. Inventory & Material Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of raw materials and components. Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for timely material delivery. Reporting & Documentation: Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3-7 years  of experience in manufacturing or production, particularly with  pressure vessels, reactors, and heat exchangers . In-depth knowledge of welding, machining, and fabrication processes. Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
