**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor for the Fabrication Department will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that fabrication processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The supervisor will manage the workforce, monitor equipment, and maintain production schedules to meet company objective

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning and Supervision**:

- Manage day-to-day production activities in the fabrication department.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Coordinate with other departments (procurement, quality control, and logistics) for smooth workflow.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all fabrication work meets the company’s quality standards and client specifications.
- Conduct inspections during and after production to identify defects or deviations.
- **Workforce Management**:

- Supervise and guide production workers, including welders, fabricators, and helpers.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address issues and provide feedback.
- Train and develop the team to improve their skills and performance.
- **Equipment and Materials**:

- Monitor the condition of machines and tools, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Report breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
- Ensure optimal utilization of materials to minimize waste.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce workplace safety guidelines and standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training for team members.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, attendance, and material consumption.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a fabrication or metal manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of stainless steel fabrication processes, including TIG welding and EFW techniques.
- Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and workplace safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
