Role Overview:As the Business Development Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth andexpanding our market presence throughout Europe. Leveraging your extensive experience, youwill lead strategic initiatives to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key clients. Yourability to understand client needs, articulate our value proposition, and deliver tailoredsolutions will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and prioritize target clients within the European market, with afocus on large enterprise companies, mid-sized enterprises, services organizations andemerging startups.

Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders,including HR leaders, C-suite executives, and procurement managers, to drive businessopportunities and foster long-term relationships.

Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends,competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Utilize market insights to refine businessdevelopment strategies and enhance our competitive positioning.

Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation andqualification to proposal development and contract negotiation. Maintain a robust pipeline ofopportunities and drive sales activities to meet and exceed targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, includingrecruitment, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of clientengagements. Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and serviceenhancements.

Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader within theindustry by sharing insights, best practices, and thought-provoking content through variouschannels, including industry events, webinars, and social media platforms.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or accountmanagement within the IT staffing industry, with a proven track record of success in clientacquisition and revenue growth.Deep understanding of the European IT staffing market, including industry trends, key players,and regulatory landscape.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulatecomplex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decisionmaking and problem-solving.Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teamsto achieve common goals.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of autonomyand accountability.
