Role:We are looking for a seasoned Senior Executive Compliance to join our team.Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks and develop strategies to address them effectively.Design and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT projects, systems, processes, and documentation to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement.Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters, including data privacy, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and update compliance programs accordingly.Investigate and respond to compliance incidents, breaches, or violations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies or auditors during compliance audits or investigations.Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to compliance activities.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience (3 years) working in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry.In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why CES?
