We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven female Business Development Executive to expand our client base and support our growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Graduate degree.
  • Desirable: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or related business qualifications.

Age Group: 21 to 26 years.

Salary: Negotiable.

Role Definition:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by establishing relationships with Corporate and Marketing Managers. This role involves proactive outreach, strategic meeting setup, and a focus on converting leads into successful projects.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Lead Generation & Data Management:

  • Source and maintain accurate contact information for decision-makers in target industries (Smartphone, Ecommerce, IT, FMCG, Pharma, Finance, Travel, etc.) using online platforms like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, and Google.
  • Organize and manage data effectively within the company's internal templates.

Proactive Outreach & Meeting Setup:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage potential clients and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Craft compelling email communications to share company profiles and address client inquiries professionally.

Relationship Management & Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between prospective clients and senior Business Development executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  • Follow up diligently to confirm meeting details and provide necessary support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and current customers.

Sales Acumen & Growth:

  • Develop and refine sales skills to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Gain comprehensive business knowledge to facilitate career progression within the company.

Tasks & Activities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers in targeted companies.
  • Execute a high volume of outbound calls to generate qualified leads.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients.
  • Prepare and send professional email communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Present Sample Junction services to potential clients.
