Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager(MR or 1st Line). The Pharmaceutical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing accounts, planning business strategies, and overseeing sales team activities. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, developing and executing sales plans, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Business Planning skills
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales Management
  • Proficiency in Sales and Account Management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
