Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Educate customers about our products, including their features, benefits, and usage, to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products, negotiating prices, and closing sales transactions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical products and services catering to the needs of the cattle, and poultry sector.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product performance, and potential areas for improvement.
- Actively engage with potential clients within the animal husbandry industry to promote and sell pharmaceutical solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective strategies for product promotion and market penetration.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fodder and feed supplements suitable for cattle, poultry, and aqua farming.
- Market and distribute premium forage and feed supplements, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating repeat business.
- Educate clients on the benefits and coverage of insurance products, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Facilitate the sales process by offering personalized financial solutions tailored to the client's requirements and financial capabilities.
- Collaborate with insurance and finance providers to ensure smooth transactions and timely service delivery.
- Ensure products are properly tagged, labeled, and presented in accordance with company standards and promotions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and foster a positive working environment.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, such as assisting with customer service or administrative tasks during peak periods.
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as sales reports, order forms, and customer profiles, on time.
- Attend regional, annual and vendor meetings.
- Work with supplier representee to install products.
- Develop and implement a sales call process to productively manage accounts within a specific territory.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in veterinary science, animal husbandry, business administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the animal-related sector.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of practical experience in Animal Husbandry or a related field.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of animal health products, veterinary practices, and industry trends.
- Proven background in animal husbandry.
- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to establish strong connections.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
