Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Accounts Manager. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Daily tasks include financial analysis, budget preparation, and cash flow management. The role also involves liaising with clients, overseeing billing and collections, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial account management, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis
- Strong skills in client communication and relationship management
- Knowledge of billing, collections, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
