About you You’re a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who thrives on creating meaningful member experiences. You know how to turn insights into action and bring people along on the journey. With a passion for data-driven marketing and a knack for building high-performing teams, you combine creativity with commercial acumen to deliver campaigns that make a real difference. You’re a seasoned marketer with: Proven experience in lifecycle and retention marketing, combined with a proven track record of leading and developing a team. Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar). A track record of designing data-led, personalised campaigns that deliver measurable results. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to coach and uplift capability. The ability to adapt and pivot when needed in a changing environment.
