About the client Our client is an American cookware company that produces what it calls “hybrid cookware” — combining the durability and heat performance of stainless steel and cast iron with the convenience of a nonstick surface. Founded in 2016 by Daniel Winer and Cole Mecray in Los Angeles, California. What began as a small cookware set offering has since expanded into a broad product line of pots, pans, woks, knives, kitchen accessories and more — now numbering over 100 SKUs About the role As we accelerate our international expansion, we’re looking for an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead our EMEA growth engine - across all acquisition and retention levers. If you’re a data-driven, creative, and strategic marketing leader with deep DTC experience, this is your invitation to get in the kitchen and help us build something extraordinary. What You’ll Do As Director of Growth Marketing, EMEA, you’ll set the growth vision for the region and lead the full-funnel digital strategy across paid, organic, earned, and owned channels. You’ll drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value - blending global frameworks with regional nuance to deliver measurable, sustainable growth. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and develop the EMEA Growth Marketing team (Paid, Social, Influencers, Retention, Affiliates). Set goals, KPIs, and manage team roadmaps with clear prioritization. Partner with Creative, Brand, Product, Web, and Ops to align on campaigns and strategy. Represent EMEA in global forums and share regional insights and best practices. Foster a test-and-learn, data-driven, high-performance culture. Localization & Market Execution Own growth strategy for each EMEA market in partnership with Country Managers. Localize global campaigns (messaging, creative, offers) to fit cultural and behavioral nuances. Identify market trends, competitive insights, and seasonal opportunities. Support regional activations, partnerships, and distributor initiatives. Ensure consistent, accurate, on-brand localization across all markets. Data, Reporting & Forecasting Build dashboards and lead weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reporting. Forecast performance, model ROI, and guide budget planning with Data & Finance teams. Analyze trends, identify efficiency gaps, and drive optimization across channels. Own CRO, A/B, and multivariate testing frameworks. Lead post-campaign analysis and ensure learnings are applied across teams. Paid Media Strategy Lead full-funnel performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok , and regional platforms. Own channel strategy, budget allocation, optimization, and audience segmentation. Oversee creative testing and development of platform-specific assets. Manage internal media buyers or agencies to ensure execution and innovation. Test emerging channels and new acquisition opportunities. Social, Influencer & Affiliate Growth Oversee EMEA social strategy across organic, paid, and influencer channels. Localize storytelling and UGC/creator content for regional audiences. Build and manage influencer programs (macro–nano) and social-led growth initiatives. Track engagement, traffic, and conversion KPIs; identify new social opportunities. Maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and platform partners. Requirements Experience & Skills 8 – 10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles within DTC, consumer goods, or eCommerce or Agency. An executioner as well as a leader. Proven success scaling brands across multiple EMEA markets. Expertise across all digital levers - paid media, CRM, organic and earned social, affiliates, and retention. Strong analytical capabilities with deep understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling. Experience managing seven-figure budgets with measurable impact on revenue and profitability. Skilled in creative testing, funnel optimization, and cross-functional leadership. Strong communication and storytelling abilities - able to bridge data, creativity, and strategy. Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus. A genuine love for food, cooking, and the culture that surrounds it.
