Company DescriptionZara is one of the world’s most influential fashion brands, known for redefining how style, culture, and innovation come together.As part of the Inditex Group, Zara operates in more than 90 countries, blending creativity, fast-moving trends, and customer-centric thinking to deliver fashion that inspires millions every day.At Zara, we believe in pushing boundaries — in design, in retail, and in the digital experience.Our teams are curious, collaborative, and passionate about shaping what’s next in global fashion.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Marketing Director to lead Zara’s marketing vision and drive brand growth across global markets.This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can balance data with creativity, and storytelling with performance.You will be responsible for shaping Zara’s brand presence across digital, retail, and social platforms — building campaigns that are modern, emotional, and aligned with our brand identity.Working closely with creative, e-commerce, retail, and media teams, you’ll transform insights into ideas and ideas into powerful brand experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of integrated marketing strategies across digital, retail, and brand channelsOversee creative campaigns, brand positioning, and global messagingManage digital initiatives including paid media, social content, brand partnerships, and influencer collaborationsWork closely with data and consumer insights teams to identify trends and uncover new growth opportunitiesGuide seasonal campaign planning, product launches, and omnichannel brand communicationMentor and inspire a high-performing marketing teamEnsure all marketing initiatives reflect Zara’s design philosophy, brand values, and global aestheticQualifications7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital leadership, preferably within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectorsStrong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, consumer insights, and brand strategyExceptional leadership and communication skillsCreative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesExperience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environmentsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
