You will work closely with functional teams, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality, maintainable integration solutions aligned with Jade’s best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deployWorkday integrationsusingWorkday Studio ,Core Connectors ,EIBs , andCloud Connectframeworks.Build and support integrations forHCM ,Compensation ,Recruiting ,Payroll , andBenefitsmodules.Configure and optimizeInbound and Outbound integrationsleveragingWorkday Web Services (SOAP/REST)andReport-as-a-Service (RaaS) .Implement robusterror handling ,logging , andsecurity configurationsfor integrations.Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical design documents and integration specifications.Partner withfunctional consultantsandclient technical teamsto ensure end-to-end integration success.Conductintegration testing , regression testing for Workday releases, and post-go-live support.Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose performance enhancements.Contribute tointegration best practices ,reusable components , andknowledge sharingacross Jade’s Workday practice.Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on Studio development standards.Required Skills & Experience6–10 years of total IT experience , including5+ years in Workday Integration Development .Strong hands-on experience in:Workday Studio– custom integrations, XSLT transformations, Workday-internal logic, sub-assemblies.Core Connectors– Payroll Interface, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, etc.EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)andWorkday Web Services (SOAP/REST) .XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday RaaS .Strong understanding ofWorkday Business Process Framework ,Security , andData Model .Experience withWorkday Report Writer ,Calculated Fields , andIntegration System Users (ISUs) .Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with global clients.Experience inmulti-tenant Workday environmentsand agile delivery models.
