No PF Overlap Share your CV :sathish.m@tekgence.comAs aWorkday Integration Consultantwill be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex integrations across Workday HCM and external systems. You will work closely with functional teams, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality, maintainable integration solutions aligned with Jade’s best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deployWorkday integrationsusingWorkday Studio ,Core Connectors ,EIBs , andCloud Connectframeworks. Build and support integrations forHCM ,Compensation ,Recruiting ,Payroll , andBenefitsmodules. Configure and optimizeInbound and Outbound integrationsleveragingWorkday Web Services (SOAP/REST)andReport-as-a-Service (RaaS) . Implement robusterror handling ,logging , andsecurity configurationsfor integrations. Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical design documents and integration specifications. Partner withfunctional consultantsandclient technical teamsto ensure end-to-end integration success. Conductintegration testing , regression testing for Workday releases, and post-go-live support. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose performance enhancements. Contribute tointegration best practices ,reusable components , andknowledge sharingacross Jade’s Workday practice. Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on Studio development standards. Required Skills & Experience 6–10 years of total IT experience , including5+ years in Workday Integration Development . Strong hands-on experience in: Workday Studio– custom integrations, XSLT transformations, Workday-internal logic, sub-assemblies. Core Connectors– Payroll Interface, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, etc. EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)andWorkday Web Services (SOAP/REST) . XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday RaaS . Strong understanding ofWorkday Business Process Framework ,Security , andData Model . Experience withWorkday Report Writer ,Calculated Fields , andIntegration System Users (ISUs) . Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with global clients. Experience inmulti-tenant Workday environmentsand agile delivery models.
