You will work closely with functional teams, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality, maintainable integration solutions aligned with Jade’s best practices.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Cloud Connect frameworks. - Build and support integrations for HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules. - Configure and optimize Inbound and Outbound integrations leveraging Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS). - Implement robust error handling, logging, and security configurations for integrations. - Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical design documents and integration specifications. - Partner with functional consultants and client technical teams to ensure end-to-end integration success. - Conduct integration testing, regression testing for Workday releases, and post-go-live support. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose performance enhancements. - Contribute to integration best practices, reusable components, and knowledge sharing across Jade’s Workday practice. - Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on Studio development standards.Required Skills & Experience- 6–10 years of total IT experience, including 5+ years in Workday Integration Development. - Strong hands-on experience in: - Workday Studio – custom integrations, XSLT transformations, Workday-internal logic, sub-assemblies. - Core Connectors – Payroll Interface, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, etc. - EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST). - XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday RaaS. - Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework, Security, and Data Model. - Experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Integration System Users (ISUs). - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with global clients. - Experience in multi-tenant Workday environments and agile delivery models.
