Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team. The CA Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to process improvement and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and report on internal audits across various business functions.
  • Conduct financial and operational audits to evaluate the accuracy of accounting records and effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, risk exposures, and areas of improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory and tax audit processes.
  • Prepare clear, concise audit reports and communicate findings to senior management.
  • Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and tools.
  • Conduct special investigations as required (e.g., fraud detection, compliance breaches).

Education & Qualification:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Additional certifications like CIA, CISA, or CPA are a plus

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or related financial roles (Big 4 experience preferred)
  • Experience in service industries, especially security or facility management, is an advantage

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and risk management
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
