**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee all aspects of accounting and taxation activities within the organization.

2. Handle GST filings, MCA compliance, tax returns, and other statutory requirements.

3. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.

4. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

5. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as necessary.

6. Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines.

7. Provide guidance and support to the finance team on complex accounting and tax matters.

8. Assist in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency.

10. Maintain effective internal controls and compliance frameworks to mitigate financial risks.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) is required; CA Inter qualification is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of GST, tax laws, MCA regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Prior experience working in a CA firm or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

**Salary and Benefits**:
