Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive who is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) to manage international procurement activities. The role involves coordinating with Chinese vendors, negotiating prices, ensuring timely delivery of IT hardware/materials, and maintaining accurate purchase records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers through email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective purchases.
  • Identify reliable vendors and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Handle purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth procurement operations.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Track purchase expenses and maintain accurate reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product availability, and pricing in China.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
