**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive who is fluent in **Chinese (Mandarin)** to manage international procurement activities. The role involves coordinating with Chinese vendors, negotiating prices, ensuring timely delivery of IT hardware/materials, and maintaining accurate purchase records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective purchases.
- Identify reliable vendors and build strong supplier relationships.
- Handle purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Track purchase expenses and maintain accurate reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, product availability, and pricing in China.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
