A Zoho Creator Developer, will be responsible for developing, testing and delivering applications on Zoho Creator to meet various GBS automation demands.


You will play a pivotal role in implementing custom functionalities, managing external interactions, and generating mobile and desktop applications using Zoho Creator. Additionally, you will be instrumental in system testing, automated testing, and generating reports, charts, and analytics dashboards.


Zoho Creator Development:


Application Development: Utilize Zoho Creator to create custom applications that are customised to meet the unique requirements of your business.

Form Design: Develop forms that are user-friendly for data input and visualization.

Workflow Automation: Establish automated workflows to enhance efficiency and simplify business processes.

Scripting: Employ the Deluge scripting language to improve the functionality and logic of the application.

Integrations: Utilize RESTfull APIs to integrate Zoho Creator applications with other Zoho products (e.g., CRM, Desk) or external systems.

Data Management: Ensure the integrity and security of data within Zoho Creator by managing it.

Troubleshooting: Identify and rectify problems associated with Zoho Creator applications.

User Training: Offer end-users guidance and assistance regarding the efficient utilisation of the applications that have been developed.

Documentation: Ensure that the development and customization processes of the application are documented in a clear and concise manner.


Mobile App Development:


Create and customize mobile applications that are user-friendly and meet the unique requirements of your business with the help of Zoho Creator.

Guarantee that mobile applications are seamlessly integrated with the current Zoho CRM data and capabilities.

Ensure the security, efficacy, and user experience of mobile applications are optimised.


Zoho CRM Customization:

Create and sustain custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and other dynamic modules within Zoho CRM.

Enhance productivity and efficiency by automating CRM processes.

Streamline the flow of data by integrating Zoho CRM with other business applications, such as Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects.


Data Management:

Design and implement data models within Zoho Creator to support mobile app and CRM requirements.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.

Create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into CRM data.

Microservices:

Create and sustain RESTful APIs for the purpose of facilitating communication between.NET microservices and Zoho Creator.

Develop and execute data synchronization strategies between microservices and Zoho Creator.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of .NET microservices that support Zoho Creator applications.

Implement business logic and data access layers in .NET.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of developed applications, integrations, and microservices interactions.

Share knowledge and expertise with other team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.


QUALIFICATIONS


Education :

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


Experience :

Experience in application development with and for Zoho tools: CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, and Analytics.

Proven experience using Deluge to create custom functions.

Two years hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating applications with Zoho Creator.

Two years of hands-on strong experience with programming languages such as Deluge Scripting, JavaScript, VB Script, JQuery, Ruby on Rails

Two years of experience generating reports and building dashboards
