Job Description :
Responsible for
- Develop, Execute, and maintain automated test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline testing efforts.
- Ensure seamless integration of code changes into production systems
- Deploy updates, patches, and fixes to maintain system health
- Implement automation tools for deployment, configuration management, and monitoring.
- Identify manual processes that can be automated to improve efficiency.
- Enhance IT infrastructure security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Analyze existing technology stack and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop plans and processes to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Communicate effectively to bridge gaps between different departments and stakeholders.
- Maintain, update, and deliver test automation training

- Test automation tools: Selenium Web driver, Postman, RestApi Automation, Robot Framework or Cucumber
- Non-functional testing: JMeter, Gatling, K6, etc.
- Database: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, ….
CI/CD: Jenkins, Gitlab CI
- Code versioning tools: Git
- Unix: Shell, CentOS
Should have
- Strong programming skills in languages like, Java, Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to work cross-culturally and across regions.
- Innovative mindset to change and continuous improvement and like to work in a growing and fast-paced company.
- Problem solving skills: investigate complex problems and need a constant challenge.
- Speak English fluently
Could have
- Experience working in a DevOps environment is considered an advantage.
- Experience to monitor and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
