Sales Development Executive

This is an Individual Contributor role for the Sales team reporting to the Sales Head.
Responsibilities
Handling D2C Sales cycle including lead qualification, customer calling, product demos, negotiation and closure
Qualifying leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet the potential customer profile
Scheduling meetings and demos for the Sales team
Reaching out / Responding to potential leads via messages / social media / email with appropriate sales pitches in the required turnaround time
Collecting Prospect feedback efficiently and capturing valuable inputs for the Customer Success and Product teams to work upon
Managing the sales pipeline, data, tasks & processes in a central CRM tool
Ensuring data hygiene for all the leads in the central CRM tool
Attending on-field events along with the team to co-drive Sales activities
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
1-4 years of experience in B2C / D2C Sales
Prior experience of working with CRM systems like Zoho and Monday
Excellent communication in English and persuasion skills
Experience in handling end-to-end Sales cycles until closure
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of sales metrics and data analysis
Speaking skills in Hindi, Tamil
Experience of working in a start-up environment
Experience of handling customers in the Indian market
Proactive, self-motivated and enterprising
Always ready to take up new challenges with an innovative and problem-solving attitude
