Key Responsibilities:
IT Support:
Provide technical support to end-users through various channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.
Manage the IT helpdesk and service desk functions.
Budget planning and control for the IT (capital expense and consumables).
Performance measurement of Vendors.
Digital Transformation:
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop a roadmap.
Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and challenges.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Drive digital initiatives and projects from conception to completion.
Team Management:
Maintain cross functional relationship and People management.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience
