As a Regional Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies, leading a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving business targets. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the education sector and regional market dynamics.Key Responsibilities- Revenue Delivery: Ensure centers in the region consistently achieve profitability and revenue targets.- Centre Enablement: Work in close coordination with central teams including finance, legal, and HR to enable efficient and compliant center operations.- Regional Strategy: Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with Unacademy’s overall objectives, including expansion plans, market analysis, and competitor assessment.- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, support) to deliver regional goals and maintain high performance.- Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, assess market trends, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including educators, learners, institutions, and government bodies.- Performance Management: Define and monitor KPIs for the region, including revenue, user acquisition, and customer satisfaction.- Resource Allocation: Manage regional budgets effectively, allocate resources optimally, and ensure cost efficiency.- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies within the region.- Reporting: Prepare and share regular updates with senior management on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.- Educator Management: Lead initiatives to resolve educator issues swiftly, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with company goals.- GTM Strategy & Execution: Strategize and execute go-to-market plans for UPSC and other targeted centers.- Business Development: Drive regional business development efforts and lead strategic initiatives from the front.Requirements- Master’s degree in any stream.- Proven experience in regional management and leadership roles, preferably in the education or Ed-Tech industry.- Strong understanding of the education sector, regional dynamics, and learner needs.- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed regional targets.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with experience developing and executing growth plans.- Financial acumen to manage budgets and resources effectively.- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesWhy Join Us?Join India’s largest and most impactful learning platform where you can lead high-growth regions, shape student experiences, and make a tangible difference in the education sector.
