About the Role:

As an Operations Intern at Statiq, you will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our site operations. You'll work closely with different stakeholders and gain hands-on experience in solving real-world operational challenges in the electric vehicle charging space.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Improve the process and efficiency of our site operations by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
  • Solve problems related to operations excellence, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders across departments to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Evaluate external vendors and solution providers to enhance the operations network and capabilities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all projects, providing management with improved visibility and actionable insights.
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for tracking the performance of ongoing projects and initiatives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Education: B. Tech. in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or other related core branches (in order of preference).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and tasks.
  • Excellent Communication.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills.
