Description
The Vendor Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting all operations and services aspects of Vendor Management Team.
Essential responsibilities include.
Pre-Contract
Co ordinate for RFP and related details from new vendors
Co ordinate and collect all required documents for empanelment
Coordinate with Procurement/legal for the agreement execution
Co ordinate with Legal wherever necessary to amend the contract if needed
Work with Compliance Finance & HR to ensure that all IT service vendors are compliant/ compliance checks are completed
Post-Contract
Contract Management
Maintain the repository of the executed MIA/RSA Onsite and offshore
Maintain the tracker upto-date on the Executed date, entity, type of agreement, expiry etc
Track and report Pro-actively on agreement terminations, closure, transfer and renewals.
Maintain the complete tracker of all the active vendor details Geo Wise
Ensure changes to the contract are administered in line with change management processes and update all central repositories.
Coordination TA for Job activation on ATS portal
Collate Job requirements as and when TA teams share and activate the same on SO portal
Co ordinate with vendors for queries on any job activation related
Work with legal for renewals of the agreement or related addendum execution
Process onboarding/termination activities for vendor contractors in ATS portal
Reports
Strong reporting, report building and analytical skills
Knowledgeable in handling VMS software
Review, add and update new job posting templates and rate card categories periodically
Collate monthly Insourcing data for reconciliation
Maintain all monthly reports in an organized folder
Operations
Support the operations team in case of Invoice processing, Work Oder executions as and when needed. Experience with Vendor/Service Provider Management also considered a plus.
Demonstrated experience in IT vendor management role in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting/or customer service is preferrable
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with stakeholder teams
Ability to work in demanding level environment following the SLAs

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
