Roles and responsibilities:

Seeking an experienced Administrative and Procurement Head to streamline administrative processes and manage procurement functions. Must possess strong leadership, organizational, and procurement skills, with university administration experience preferred.


1.Administrative Oversight:

  • Develop and implement administrative policies.
  • Supervise staff and oversee facilities management.

2.Procurement Management:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies.
  • Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor compliance.

3.Financial Management:

  • Collaborate with finance for budgeting and expense monitoring.

4.Inventory Control:

  • Manage inventory levels and implement tracking systems.

5.Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks.

6.University Administration:

  • Support academic and operational objectives.
  • Coordinate administrative support for academic departments.



Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years in administrative leadership, 3+ years in procurement management.
  • Experience in university administration desirable.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management a plus.
