Gegadyne Energy is looking for a qualified Business Consultant/ Analyst to help us reform our operations and support tour business by providing intuitive guidance. You will be an important ally to our organization who wants to invest in change and improvement and needs help as to where and how. You will also undertake projects on behalf of our business when it lacks resources or motive to perform them in-house. A successful business consultant/analyst has first and foremost a broad knowledge of the many facets of business and market forces. The ideal candidate will also possess great problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Define business analysis and specification requirementsOwn and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integrationHelp design, document and maintain system processesReport on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product teamCommunicate key insights and findings to product teamConstantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customerConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectivesAnalyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causesFormulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reportsDevelop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changesProvide guidance for any occurring problems and issuesRequirementsKnowledge of diverse business matters such as Technology, Finance & Data Science, Marketing etc.Proficiency in MS OfficeOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skillsAptitude in creative problem-solvingKnowledge and strong interest inAbility to research and synthesize findings into recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProcess improvement, including current state analysis, process mapping, and future state design preferredProject coordination, including deliverable/milestone tracking, risk management reporting, and status update reporting preferredMBA in a business administration or relevant field;
