Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager to oversee HR Operations, Data Management, Compliance and Payroll. This role involves managing end-to-end HR Operations, Data Management, payroll Data Management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting HR compliance processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Operations :
- Manage employee data in HR systems and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
- Handle employee Background verifications, exit formalities
- Assist in managing employee benefits, including insurance, leave policies, and reimbursements.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance reviews, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
Payroll Management :
- Coordinate Global and Regional Finance team for regular end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, deductions, and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESI, TDS, and gratuity.
- Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and generate accurate payroll reports.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and department heads.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR and payroll staff.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll and HR policies.
Qualifications :
- a Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in payroll management and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR management systems (e.g., UKG, Zoho,Workday, ).
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations in payroll management.
Key Skills :
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
