Role: Infrastructure Ops Engineer -Teams/O365Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka , India (Hybrid)Duration: Offshore 6 Months Contract To Hire FOCUS : End User Computing & L3 Support Grade : 9(2), 10(2),11(1)Job Description: Job Duties: Understanding the use of the tools that we deploy to help our users collaborate Understanding why we have selected these tools to be the current standard Perform advanced troubleshooting of products supported with the aid of technical documents published by vendor and other industry professionals Be the last point of escalation for matters of enforcing IT policy Support customers by escalating their incidents to vendors in the event of a product break Analyze trends and patterns of issues among users to identify systematic problems Write user support and technical documentation for user and helpdesk consumption to assist in use of the products you support Basic Qualifications: ~3 years (Grade 9), 3-5 years (Grade 10), 5-7 years (Grade 11) minimum experience administrating: ~ Microsoft Teams – meeting policies, app policies, team membership, team policies ~ Microsoft Share Point – Share Point policies, retention policies, access permissions ~ Microsoft One Drive – Basic troubleshooting and sync troubleshooting ~ Experience with cross tenant and cross company migrations in pursuit of M&A projects ~3 years (Grade 9), 3-5 years (Grade 10), 5-7 years (Grade 11) of experience working in an IT engineering position OR bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT Concentration ~ Familiarity with ITIL principles and with ticketing systems such as Service Now ~ Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra ID and basic hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure ~ Familiarity with the principles of Microsoft Exchange Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Teams Rooms administration Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager Proficient in Power Shell Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and forming Graph API calls Familiarity and experience building Power Apps and Power Automate Thanks & Regards Pradeep Pathak Senior Technical Recruiter KPG99 Inc. |Direct: Email id: / Linked In: Address: 3240 E State St EXT , Hamilton, NJ 08619
