Requirements:2+ years of proven experience in

marketing automation , marketing operations, or related roles.Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as

Hubspot, - Salesforce, Call Rail, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, Marketo.Strong technical skills with experience in

HTML/CSS , and data analysis tools.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Passion for marketing technology

Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows and campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.Develop and maintain marketing automation processes and best practices documentation to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness o marketing campaigns and initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.Support the execution of marketing campaigns by creating and scheduling email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and other assets as needed.
