To this end we are looking for a D&T Analyst, with a passion for DnA, to join our HR Data Foundations team.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESPartner with business SMEs and D&T peers to learn the HR data needed to drive Data & Analytics for HRProven ability to lead data requirements and support internal business clients consuming HR dataAppropriate enforcement and governance of HR security model and classificationsTranslate requirements into technical documents and specificationsMaintain and enhance our HR GCP project as well as support legacy Oracle HR databasesPartner with data engineers, analytic engineers, and architects to sustain and build new data pipelinesCreate and Maintain Workday visual content using Discovery Boards and Custom Reports with Custom DashboardsUnderstand, document, and communicate timelines and priorities to business partnersEnsure our code follows latest coding practices and industry standardsUnderstand and follow Agile methodologiesUnderstand the end-to-end hr business processes, data, and DnA technologyEffective verbal and written communication and influencing skillsProactive learning mindset with a passion to increase your skill on DnA capabilitiesComplete significant data analysis, manipulation and validation as we create/migrate data sourcesResponsible for quality assurance, creation of test scripts and testing execution for new capabilities and use casesDevelop documentation and training to support system or processes changesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Full Time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory)7+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of relevant experience in a data or business analyst positionBachelor’s/ Master’s degree in HR or equivalent relevant discipline preferredExperience with Workday Reporting, Report Writer and Discovery BoardsEffective verbal and written communication and influencing skills at the tactical levelStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailCan do, positive attitude and commitment to a team delivery approachStrong relationship management skillsExcellent stakeholder management skills
