Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager-HR to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services. As an Assistant Manager-HR, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various HR functions. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in HR. The role is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Ulhasnagar.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in HR roles
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, processes, and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HR laws and regulations
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, evaluation, and feedback
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs
  • Conduct HR analytics and prepare reports on HR metrics
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws
