Qualification: Any Graduate preferablywith PGDM with a Specialization in HR
Experience: Min. 68years.
JobLocation : CHT factory at MIDC Taloja
Gender :Male
IndustryPreferred: Manufacturing Textile Chemicals
Reporting to: CFO/VP Plant
Job Description:
Statutory Compliance under the Factory Act andvarious labor laws.
Recruitment of all levels forplant.
Manpower planning as per requirement. Ensure thatadequate manpower is available in the plant to carry out thescheduled activities.
Wage and salary administration.
Disciplinary actions.
labor management as a Principleemployer and resolve issues related to them.
HandlingContract Labourers and Mathadi workers and fulfilling necessaryStatutory compliance as required.
To carry outan annual appraisal system.
Employee safety hygiene andwelfare activities.
Induction to recruit.
Toensure that Forms/Registers/Returns under various applied laborlaws are filed on time.
To liaison with governmentoffices/agencies like Factory Inspectors Labour Inspectors MIDCPolice Panchayat
Employment&Training etc for statutorycompliance .
Toarrange for and coordinate internal/external training programs foremployees.
To carry out annual medicalcheckups
HR dept. SOP training and relevantdocumentation.
Monitor and maintain discipline on thepremises
Full and final settlements.
SecurityManagement Canteen Management
Procurement of General& consumable stationery
Verification of contractorsbills and submit to the Account Department.
Managing theHR activities on the Plant Level.
