About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented team member who can handle customer communication, admin coordination, and basic inside sales support. This role is critical to ensure smooth daily operations and follow-ups across platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Support
- Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, email & marketplaces
- Handle order status updates, returns, delays, and resolution cases
Order Coordination
- Generate shipping labels, update tracking details
- Work with delivery partners to resolve delivery issues
- Coordinate replacement or sample shipments
Admin & Coordination
- Maintain inventory, returns, and payment records in Excel/Google Sheets
- Follow up with account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Assist with paperwork, reimbursement updates, and team coordination
- Call shortlisted candidates for interviews and follow up with new hires
Inside Sales & Lead Follow-up
- Respond to IndiaMART and JustDial leads
- Follow up on warm leads via WhatsApp/call
- Help create and send quotations or basic product info
What We're Looking For:
- Good spoken & written communication skills
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Organized and proactive, able to follow up without reminders
- Willingness to learn and grow into a broader role
- Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, or ecommerce is a plus
